Summit K12

SMS Notification Terms

These terms supplement the Summit K12 License Terms & Conditions and apply specifically to text messages sent by the Summit K12 Achieve application.

The program

Summit K12 Holdings, Inc. (“Summit K12”) operates Summit K12 Achieve account and document notifications, a text-message program for staff of school districts that license Summit K12 Achieve. The program is available to signed-in Achieve users who choose to enable it. It is not offered to students or to parents and guardians.

What we send

Messages are transactional only. Summit K12 Achieve will text you when a document is ready for you to review, when a document has been shared with your account, and when an action you took on your account has completed. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Message frequency and cost

Msg frequency varies, because messages follow activity on your own account. Message and data rates may apply. Summit K12 does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message from this program to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You can also turn messages off at any time in Achieve under Settings → Notification Preferences. Reply START to resubscribe.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or contact Summit K12 at info@summitk12.com or (844) 331-4737.

Consent is not required to use Achieve

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using Summit K12 Achieve or of purchasing any Summit K12 product or service. Declining, or later stopping, text messages does not affect your access to Achieve.

Carriers

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging may not be available on all carriers or devices.
